Community Medical Services is a Methadone Maintenance Treatment program that provides substance abuse services in the form of outpatient methadone maintenance or detoxification.

Community Medical Services operates seven clinics in Arizona, with clinics in Phoenix, Glendale, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott Valley, and Bullhead City.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
It is our philosophy that outpatient methadone maintenance or detoxification is an effective treatment for individuals who are physically dependent on opiates. In addition, it is our philosophy that an outpatient drug free counseling program is effective for individuals who have been or are abusing drugs. It is intended that appropriate clients be maintained on methadone for the optimum possible period of time consistent with individual goals and medical consideration. In order to achieve a drug free state it is necessary to cease all use of illicit drugs and to drastically change a life-style that had previously been devoted to obtaining and using drugs.
